| The background looks like shibuichi to me but the term Shakudo seems to be the most used for this type of work -- Elongated oval is a large approximately 3 3/8 X 1 1/2 inches -- set in a custom made 14K gold wire setting --Condition is superb with virtually no wear and definately no damage - The work is among of the best available -- Hen & Rooster, numerous flowers, leaves with gold dew drops, two spiders in webs and a tiny centipede peeking out from behind the hen -- done in copper, shibuichi, shades of gold and various grays of silver alloys -- please check all the photos for the detailed work -- the colors are brighter than they show -- feel free to email questions | ||
