| ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS -- even used as background for graphics or lamp shades this paper is unbelievable !!! It was for the local estate of the former Ambassador to Japan right after WW II -- it is super thin slices of various corks applied to gilt paper -- the warm earth tones and antique gold are very attractive -- there are 2 double rolls -- one is in the original shipping packaging -- the other is unwrapped and has a few inches of roughness -- the wallpaper store that sold this in the 60's is still here - the owner remembered the paper - it was the most expensive he had ever ordered until that point -- he said $75 PER SINGLE ROLL in the 60's -- feel free to email questions | ||
