Great Falls Metal Works is a New Jersey shop that started in 1968 -- this piece, compared to their more recent work, seems to be early. the carved matrix opal fish is wonderful !!! well carved and the stone is shades of gray with flashes of color -- like a rainbow trout !!!It is set on a sterling back with a fishing fly of sterling, onyx and opal ---- about 1 3/4 inch long --- very imaginative and well done -- signed on back with the GFMW in a quartered circle--- please check the photos and feel ...click for details
