PASTE EARRINGS --THESES ARE FROM A SMALL COLLECTION OF ANTIQUES JEWELRY FROM A NEW ENGLAND ESTATE --almost 2 1/4 inches long -- clear paste at the top - each stone has a black spot of paint at the bottom to simulate the open culet of early diamonds - ending in a LARGE about 3/4 inch diameter orange paste -- almost the color of Madera Topaz or Mexican Fire Opal -- the earrings are screw backs with a long wire hook that goes over the ear -- I've seen this before on screwback ear ...click for details

GREAT RING !! Hard to find wood and sterling vintage earrings -- the wood is nice medium brown -- looks like walnut or mahoghany in an intricate cage of sterling wire --- one piece of wire --- about 1 5/8 inch long including the tops -- the tops appear to be original but are not sterling --- I do have vintage sterling clip tops with a ball if you like ($5.00) -- excellent design and condition -- feel free to email questions
