From a Boston area estate along with the fist walking stick (check it out) -- overall 1 5/8 X 5/8 inch -- carved ivory with glass eyes -- wood or baleen plug in the whistle -- very LOUD !!! great character in the carving -- good patina -- there is a drying line along the neck -- a brass ring goes through the jowls -- please feel free to email questions
